Mt. Maze Creatures Tour
Following their latest single ‘Creatures’ Mt. Maze are hitting the road to perform their first run of headline shows. The tour includes shows in Wollongong, Newcastle, Sydney, and Canberra 18+ and under 18 shows.
Mt. Maze on ‘Creatures’:
“Creatures has been a long time in the making with a number of members having a creative input to help get the recording to where it is today. It’s a feel good tune that stands out in the setlist and is contrasted by the moodier songs in the show. We decided to record all the instruments and vocals in an old church where we practice and write. We believe recording in our own space has helped get a recording that is truer to the sound we are chasing.
Our mixing producer Simon Dobson from Lakehouse Studio helped get the recordings to where they needed to go and Steve Smart from Studio 301 helped add the sparkle to the final master."
The setlist will be filled with a few older recorded singles that you can find on Spotify. But along with new members has come a lot of new material that has really expanded the bands sonic catalogue. Mt. Maze is excited to be on the road playing with an array of local bands along the way.
Ö±²¥ÍÑÒ acknowledges the Ngunnawal people, traditional custodians of the lands where Bruce campus is situated. We wish to acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of Canberra and the region. We also acknowledge all other First Nations Peoples on whose lands we gather.
