Weekly Psych Session
Are you interested in improving your well-being and coping skills?
Ö±²¥ÍÑÒ Medical and Counselling Centre is running a FREE weekly psych skill workshop for Ö±²¥ÍÑÒ students.
Each week one of our Psychologists will work with students on building a new set of skills and the tools to manage a range of challenges students face today – such as goal setting, connecting with others, managing stress, and overcoming procrastination.
The Weekly Psych Session is presented in-person every even week, and online every odd week.
